We love Virgins.Last year's Virgins were a special group. Most have come on their back and are contributing significantly to the Agency - on many levels. We have gotten lucky recruiting virgins because we have a simple yet effective method for taking in new campmates. Our onboarding process is best when an current Agent in good standing (....can’t think of any right now that aren’t in good standing tbh) is a sponsor for a new potential Agent. That sponsor is gentle but firm with their virginity. They make sure they are cared for while still able to become a real Agent by being independent and authentic. A real Burner. A little nervousness - a little discovery is ok. We want the virgin to not be overly dependent, rather find the true joy in the 10 principles. If there are folks out there with no Sponsor - maybe they just heard about us or visited us in the past - experience Burner or virgin -we have a way to break you in. We’ll simply need your contact info and someone will contact you to find out where you’ll like the brand. We feel choices are good. Really, we just want people who are kind and are a dick.
